Brined Chicken with Mashed Butternut Squash

BrineOk. I am content with the brining technique now…the turkey incident last thanksgiving seemed untenable…but I think now that I’ve tried it a few more times, we can get through it.  I think I’ll order a smaller turkey, which will make the brining a LOT easier!
