This was GOOOOOOD! From Everyday with Rachael Ray…I picked it up on a whim, and was VERY impressed with the magazine. Can’t wait to try the Cubano Pork Chops tomorrow night! This was not a "30-minute meal" w/brining and marinating the shrimp, but was well worth the labor involved.
Do you remember how much this dinner cost to make (how much you spent on ingredients?)

I don’t remember exactly…but I think the shrimp was about $8/lb at costco…the asparagus was $1.50/lb…and the salsa was pretty inexpensive to put together, except for the mango…i think those are about $2.50 each? hope this helps! here is the recipe –
